HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist (Cyprus)

Role Summary:
We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Cyprus office. This role combines HR operations, recruitment, and local office ownership, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and people interaction.
You will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while acting as the local HR champion.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the full recruitment cycle (job briefs, sourcing, interviews, offers)
● Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines
● Conduct HR and competency-based interviews
● Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience
● Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation in line with local legislation
● Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
● Support onboarding and offboarding processes
● Coordinate payroll inputs
● Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor law and internal policies
● Act as the main HR point of contact for employees in the Cyprus office
● Support employees with HR-related queries and provide guidance
● Drive employee engagement initiatives and local activities
● Assist with performance management processes and HR cycles
● Support managers with HR topics and best practices
● Act as the local HR champion, ensuring alignment with global HR practices
● Identify opportunities to improve processes, engagement, and ways of working
● Support and promote company culture and values locally
What We Are Looking For
● 2-5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a combined role
● Good understanding of Cyprus employment law and HR practices
● Experience managing end-to-end recruitment
● Strong organizational and administrative skills
● A proactive, hands-on, and people-first mindset
● Excellent communication skills in English (Greek is a plus)
● Ability to work independently and take ownership
