ROLE SUMMARY:

An accountant will be responsible for managing the full business and compliance lifecycle for 100+ Private Entrepreneurs (PEs), ensuring legal document flow, financial policy alignment, and international regulatory understanding. Focused on creating structured processes that support transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the full business cycle for 100+ PEs, including onboarding, compliance checks, and payment coordination.

• Maintain legal document flow in strict accordance with local and international regulations relevant to Private Entrepreneurs.

• Coordinate communication between internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, HR) to ensure seamless handling of PE-related matters.

• Monitor changes in legal and financial regulations to adapt processes accordingly.

DELIVERABLES:

• Efficient management and legal compliance for over 100 Private Entrepreneurs. 

• Fully developed and maintained international financial policy tailored to PE operations.

• Streamlined document management process in line with applicable laws and standards.

• Improved internal understanding and transparency of PE-related activities across departments.
