Role Summary:

As a Senior .Net Developer, you’ll play an important role in building a high performance scalable distributed platform for Casino and Sportsbook. You will work on both extending our system with new capabilities and improving existing ones. You will work on continuous code quality improvement, introducing new best practices to increase services maintainability and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new and improve existing integrations with Sportsbook providers – Ensure that player’s bets are processed fast, correctly and in a fully auditable manner. Provide operators all the tools and information necessary to successfully run a Sportsbook brand.
Performance optimization – Participate in system design and implementation that provides players a smooth experience while providing operators with real time reports and audit information. All with a multi-tenant (multi-brand) deployment.
Improve system maintainability – Participate in peer code review and in code quality automation. We deliver a new version and features every two weeks and it’s important to improve code quality and reduce risks of regression with each release.
Cooperate with Casino platform team – Work together with the team developing Casino side of the platform. Create a universal and capable system for operators to run multiple Casino and Sportsbook brands within single deployment.
Take ownership and lead excellence – Own your code, services, systems. Propose and lead improvements. Only your ambition is the limit.

First 30-90 Days:

Demonstrate ability to understand business requirements and transform them into working solution.
Learn system composition, key areas and deployment details.
Participate in code review.
Deliver new feature.

3-12 Months & Beyond (Long-Term Impact):

Become an organic part of Sportsbook team.
Provide high quality solutions on daily basis.
Become expert at some parts of our system.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in software engineering, at least 5 years with .Net.
Strong expertise in .Net, EF Core, SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), Rest API, Kafka and relevant tools (e.g. JetBrains Rider and/or ReSharper, Grafana, RedPanda, OffsetExplorer, SSMS etc).
Proven ability to transform business requirements into working solution.
Ability to work in a remote-first, global environment with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exceptional expertise in one or more ares of:

- system analysis

- distributed systems design

- EF Core and SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

- multithreading and asynchronous processing

Experience in the iGaming industry or a high-growth startup.
Track record of working remotely
Data-driven decision-making mindset.
Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
