ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a passionate and data-savvy Senior Sports Analyst to join our growing BI & Analytics team. Reporting to the Head of BI & Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights on sports betting performance, customer behavior, and promotional effectiveness across our brands. You should be comfortable navigating large datasets, communicating findings clearly, and providing commercial recommendations that directly impact decision-making. A strong understanding of sports—especially US sports—and hands-on experience in the iGaming industry are essential.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze sports betting activity, player behavior, and betting patterns across products, events, and geographies.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting on sportsbook KPIs, player engagement, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with CRM, product, and marketing teams to measure the effectiveness of sports promotions and bonus initiatives.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and anomalies in customer data to help improve acquisition, retention, and trading strategies.
• Support the creation and tracking of key metrics for upcoming events, with particular focus on US sports calendars and seasonality.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to broader BI projects by preparing clean, structured datasets from multiple data sources.
• Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

      SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience in a data/BI/analytics role, ideally within the iGaming industry.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong understanding of sports betting products and markets—especially US sports (e.g. NFL, NBA, MLB).
• Familiarity with marketing/CRM concepts and KPIs (bonus usage, campaign analysis, segmentation).
• Ability to communicate insights clearly, both verbally and visually.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bonus: experience in Python, R, or predictive modeling.
