What you'll be doing:

You’ll play a key role in making sure our websites look and feel just right—accurate, on-brand, and ready to engage users. This is a detail-driven role for someone who’s happy doing deep-focus work that’s essential but often behind-the-scenes.

• Upload and manage product listings, images, banners, and promotions across e-commerce websites
• Use WordPress and our in-house admin panel to place content accurately and on time
• Collaborate with web designers, developers, and marketers to ensure content aligns with design strategies
• Conduct regular content audits to ensure consistency and quality
• Troubleshoot content issues and escalate when needed
• Optimise content for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and brand alignment

What we’re looking for:

This role isn’t for someone chasing constant variety. It’s for someone who finds flow in structured, detailed work. You’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience in content management, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Experience with CMS tools like WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Focus, patience, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• An eye for detail and the discipline to get things right every time
• Basic familiarity with SEO, HTML/CSS, and digital best practices
• Bonus: basic skills in Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools
  

You’ll report to our Head of Other Projects Department and collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to get things live the right way, every time.
