Role Overview
The Motion Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and creative execution of a range of online sweepstakes, casino, and sportsbook brands in the U.S. market. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content that enhance our brands, captivate audiences, and drive engagement. You will work closely with the wider creative team to develop compelling assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Development:
• Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video assets for a variety of digital channels, including websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Develop engaging promotional videos, brand animations, and UI motion elements that elevate the user experience.
• Translate brand guidelines into visually compelling motion content that supports marketing initiatives and product storytelling.
Brand Support:
• Collaborate with the wider design and content teams to ensure motion assets align with overall brand positioning and messaging.
• Maintain consistency across brands while adapting motion styles to fit different target
audiences and brand personalities.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of animation and video templates for efficiency and scalability.
Technical Execution:
• Utilize industry-standard software to create polished, high-quality animations and videos.
• Work with various media formats, optimizing animations and video assets for different
platforms and technical requirements.
• Ensure all assets are delivered on time and meet performance criteria for digital advertising, social media, and web environments.
Innovation & Process Improvement:
• Stay up to date with motion design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
• Experiment with new animation techniques and visual storytelling methods to enhance brand engagement.
• Optimize workflows and file management systems to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, ideally within iGaming,
entertainment, or advertising industries.
• Expertise in motion design software (Spine, Blender, Adobe After Effects, would be a
plus Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating motion assets for digital marketing, social media, and online
advertising.
• Ability to work on multiple brands, adapting styles and creative approaches as needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across different projects.
• Experience with video editing and sound design to enhance motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion design expertise across different formats and
styles.
