Ready to take ownership of multiple casino brands and drive their growth? We’re looking for a Head of Casino who thrives in high-stakes environments and knows how to create compelling player experiences while maximising revenue.

What You’ll Do

As the Head of Casino, you’ll have full P&L ownership across multiple brands, blending commercial strategy (60%) with product vision (40%). You’ll be at the centre of it all—driving revenue, enhancing player retention, and optimising the overall casino experience.

This isn’t just about overseeing operations; it’s about leading from the front, identifying new opportunities, and making bold decisions that move the business forward.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue & Growth – Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximise player lifetime value (LTV) and optimise acquisition costs (CAC).
• Casino Product Leadership – Define and deliver an engaging casino product roadmap, ensuring an optimised game portfolio and seamless player experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Stay on top of the numbers—understand the data behind net gaming revenue and use insights to fuel growth.
• Market & Competitive Analysis – Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry, adapting to trends, competitor strategies, and new technologies.
• Stakeholder Management – Work closely with tech partners, game providers, and internal teams to ensure our casino brands stay ahead.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Be the go-to person across marketing, product, CRM, and operations, aligning teams and delivering results.

Who You Are

You’re already a Head of Casino (or a senior-level expert in the space), and you get what makes a top-tier casino product work. You know how to attract and retain players, and more importantly, you know what drives net gaming revenue.

• Proven experience in a leadership role in online gaming, with a strong track record of P&L ownership.
• Commercial mindset – You know how to optimise revenue and manage bonus costs efficiently.
• Casino product knowledge – From game selection to platform UX, you understand what makes players stick around.
• Data-driven – You can analyse player trends, competitor moves, and in-house metrics to make strategic decisions.
• A natural leader – You can collaborate with teams across marketing, CRM, and ops to deliver on key objectives.
