Are you an experienced leader with deep knowledge of PSPs, payments, and financial operations? Sixvalues is looking for a Director of Payments.

This is a key leadership role where you'll drive innovation, streamline processes, and lead efforts to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and security for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

As Director of Payments and Financial Operations, you will:

• Oversee and manage relationships with PSPs, banks, and other financial partners.
• Lead efforts in onboarding clients with PSPs, ensuring red flags are identified and managed effectively.
• Analyze and mitigate risks related to fraud, chargebacks, and reconciliations, maintaining cost-effectiveness and operational integrity.
• Develop streamlined processes for managing payments, reconciliation, and fraud detection.
• Collaborate with the Payments Relationship Manager to ensure smooth operations and manage escalations.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, hiring heads and managers as needed.
• Support the team responsible for creating websites and services for our clients (a lower priority but an important aspect).

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Leadership experience in a PSP, acquiring bank, or similar environment.
• Proven ability to manage both managers and subject-matter experts.
• Expertise in fraud prevention, chargebacks, and payments reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
• Hands-on operational management experience, with a willingness to get involved where needed.
