Customer Support Specialist

Now we are looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team to help and interact with people on a daily basis.
What you will do:
1. You’d be the heart and soul of Customer Experience cycle;
2. You will be a superhero, but with a computer instead of a cape.
3. You’ll clarify the customer queries and requests via phone, chat and Email, determine the cause, select and explain the best solution, then follow-up to make sure the issue is resolved.
4. You will manage and prioritize several different tasks and manage a workflow;
5. before you can support others, you must have a great knowledge of the product and constantly upgrade it;
6. Identify clients’ needs and concerns;
7. Manage your weekly schedule and coordinate it with the rest of your team.
This role is for you if you:
1. Have strong English written and oral communication skills;
2. Love to talk, actively listen
3. Thrive in fast-paced environments;
4. Have Flexible and open-minded attitude;
5. Are ready to take 5 working shifts per week (with 2 compulsory MANDATORY night shifts);
6. Are eager to take a 3 weeks’ product training; Team player and career-driven mind-set.
