What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Clarify customer queries, determine the best solutions, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
- Learn and maintain expert knowledge of our products, staying up-to-date with any changes.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently within a supportive team environment.
- Identify customer needs and concerns with care and professionalism.
- Coordinate your weekly schedule with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
You will enjoy this role if
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- Enjoy talking to people and actively listening to understand their needs.
- Have a flexible, can-do attitude and work well as part of a team.
- Are eager to complete a two-week product training to set yourself up for success.
- Are open to working five shifts per week, including two mandatory night shifts.
- Are motivated by delivering great customer experiences and achieving your personal best.
