Senior Performance Marketing Analyst
Who We Are:
Our company has a vision to change people’s mood for the better. Our mission is to be a fast-moving, highly efficient tech services business that engages people, partners, and players and delivers great experiences.
We provide B2B support services across multiple brands, partners, and markets. We operate in a scale-up environment and value people who are commercially aware, fast-moving, collaborative, and motivated by impact.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst to take ownership of channel performance analytics across multiple brands.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and commercial decision-making - with a focus on understanding where growth comes from, how it performs, and how to scale it profitably.
You will be responsible for building a clear view of the acquisition funnel, linking marketing spend to customer behaviour and value, and enabling the business to make data-driven budget decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Performance & Acquisition Analytics
Build and maintain a full view of the top-of-funnel acquisition funnel
Analyse performance across Meta, affiliates, SEO, and other channels

Ensure accurate tracking of:
Campaigns (UTMs, gclid/fbclid)
Traffic sources
Conversion events
Translate marketing activity into CPA, ROAS, and payback insights
Own and develop attribution models (starting with last-touch, evolving over time)
3. Data Integration & Modelling
Work with BigQuery and internal data sources to:
Combine marketing data with customer behaviour and revenue
Build datasets that connect spend → user → value
Collaborate with BI/engineering to ensure clean, scalable data pipelines
Define and maintain consistent KPI definitions across the business
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with:
Performance Marketing
CRM
Product / CRO
BI & Data Engineering
Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and outputs
Challenge stakeholders on what “good” looks like and align on success metrics
5. Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau / similar) for:
CPA, ROAS, conversion rates
Funnel performance
Channel comparisons
Deliver clear, actionable insights, not just reporting
Support weekly/monthly performance reviews with data-driven narratives
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
5+ years in performance marketing analytics, growth analytics, or marketing data
Strong experience with paid media data and acquisition funnel analysis
Experience working in multi-channel environments
Technical Skills
Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar)
Experience working with large-scale marketing datasets
Good understanding of:
Attribution modelling
GA4, GTM, UTMs
CPA, ROAS, LTV
Marketing data pipelines (Fivetran or similar is a plus)
Mindset
Commercially driven - understands what drives revenue, not just metrics
Able to work with imperfect data and still produce insight
Strong ownership - able to define problems and solutions independently
Clear communicator - able to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
What Success Looks Like (3-6 months):
A clear, trusted view of channel performance across key brands
Reliable CPA and ROAS reporting by campaign/source
A working acquisition funnel from click to revenue
Stakeholders using data to make budget and campaign decisions confidently
Why Join Us:
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how marketing performance is measured across multiple brands.
You will have visibility across spend, performance, and customer value, and your work will directly support better investment decisions, stronger campaign performance, and smarter growth.
