ROLE SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who thrives on uncovering what works, what doesn’t, and why. You’ll work closely with acquisition and performance marketing teams to analyze campaigns across Meta, Google, and affiliate platforms - delivering actionable insight into ROAS, customer funnels, and full-funnel performance from impressions to LTV.
This role combines deep analytical work with technical ownership of marketing data infrastructure. You’ll help design UTM naming conventions, connect data pipelines using Fivetran and BigQuery, and enable end-to-end visibility from media cost to deposits and revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Performance & Attribution
- Analyze campaign data across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate channels.
- Calculate ROAS, ROMI, CPA, and LTV across different traffic sources.
- Build and maintain attribution models (e.g. last-touch, multi-touch) and support cross-channel performance evaluation.
- Interpret attribution outputs and advise stakeholders on budget allocation and optimization.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Track the entire customer journey from ad impressions through to registration, deposit, and retention.
- Analyze traffic quality and on-site behavior using GA4, GSC, and conversion tools.
- Support funnel improvements and A/B test design for landing pages and creatives.
Data Integration & Pipeline Ownership
- Design and implement UTM naming conventions for paid and affiliate traffic.
- Manage data flow from ad platforms and GA4 into BigQuery using Fivetran.
- Ensure consistency across data sources for accurate reporting and funnel tracking.
Dashboarding & Insight Generation
- Build automated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Monitor and QA campaign performance data across platforms.
- Deliver clear, business-ready insights and recommendations to marketing and acquisition teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key partner to CRM, Growth, and Product teams for marketing analytics and strategy.
- Provide insights for budgeting, reallocation, and campaign prioritization.
- Document and share learnings from tests, optimizations, and performance reviews.
You won’t just be tracking performance — you’ll be building the foundations for how we understand and optimize our entire marketing funnel. From structuring UTM conventions to stitching together data pipelines from cost to conversion to LTV, you’ll have visibility across the full customer journey and the freedom to shape how we measure success.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years of hands-on SQL experience, including writing complex queries across large, multi-source datasets.
- 2–3 years working with cloud data warehouses, ideally BigQuery, for marketing or performance data use cases.
- Proven experience designing, building, and validating attribution models — including last-touch, first-touch, and multi-touch approaches.
- Experience integrating marketing data sources (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, affiliate platforms) using Fivetran or similar pipeline tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement frameworks, including ROAS, ROMI, CPA, and LTV.
- Familiarity with UTM parameter design, data governance, and campaign tracking best practices.
- Experience analyzing full-funnel performance — from impressions and clicks to conversions and post-install value.
- Comfortable working across marketing, CRM, and BI teams to translate data into business recommendations.
- Nice to have: experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for internal performance views.
- Bonus: exposure to dbt, Airflow, or Python for pipeline orchestration or advanced analytics.
